HyeCare will be located within the luxurious Hyegrove retirement living community. Offering 47 high-care suites and 111 assisted living apartments. HyeCare is innovating beyond traditional aged care models. Modern equipment, beautifully designed workspaces, and the chance to help shape clinical processes

Candidates must have aged care or healthcare industry experience to be considered for this position.

to support the seamless operation of our residence. This pivotal role ensures our teams are perfectly coordinated while maintaining the integrity and precision of our governance and documentation.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years experience in rostering or scheduling roles.

The Opportunity

This dual-function role blends workforce coordination with governance oversight, ensuring our residence operates with the precision and professionalism expected of a luxury environment.

You will collaborate closely with leadership, clinical teams, and corporate services to support a calm, efficient, and beautifully run operation.

Workforce Coordination
* Develop and manage staff rosters across clinical and care teams
* Manage core rostering responsibilities including staff scheduling, shift planning, and roster optimisation
* Coordinate shift allocations, replacements, and leave coverage
* Liaise with Nursing, Care, Lifestyle, and Hospitality teams
* Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Award, fatigue management, and staffing ratios
* Support onboarding and roster integration for new staff
Documentation & Governance
* Maintain the integrity of policies, procedures, and operational documents
* Oversee comprehensive document control responsibilities including policy management, compliance documentation, record keeping, and document version control
* Ensure all documentation is current, accurate, and accessible
* Coordinate reviews and updates to support compliance and quality
* Prepare documentation for audits and accreditation
* Uphold strict confidentiality and secure records management
About You

You are composed, highly organised, and take pride in accuracy and professionalism.

You understand that behind every smooth operation is meticulous coordination and attention to detail.

You bring:
* Experience in rostering, workforce coordination, administration, or compliance
* Exceptional organisational skills and discretion
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly
* Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination
* Experience in healthcare, aged care, hospitality, or regulated environments highly regarded
* Experience with rostering systems (e.g., Employment Hero, Time cloud, Time & Attendance platforms) preferred
