The Key Role You Will Play
* Personalised Programs - Develop programs tailored to individual needs, preferences, and goals to foster well-being
* Active Participation - Lead and participate in delivering engaging activities that are meaningful to residents
* Comprehensive Assessments - Prepare thorough and accurate assessments of residents' lifestyles
* Accurate Documentation - Ensure timely and complete documentation of resident participation and engagement
* Team Leadership - Manage and coach the lifestyle team to deliver exceptional experiences
* Training and Orientation - Support new team members and volunteers through orientation and training
* Positive Relationships - Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and volunteers
* Community Engagement - Facilitate opportunities for residents to connect with their community
What You Bring to the Role
* Demonstrated understanding of leisure and lifestyle programming and Aged Care Quality Standards
* Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
* Previous experience in a similar position, including dementia care
* Experience using computerised systems (desirable) and excellent computer literacy skills
* Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
