About us:
Community Services #1 is a profit for purpose organisation dedicated to supporting people and families in the ACT and surrounding NSW regions. With over 200 employees and volunteers, we deliver programs that address community needs and foster a sense of belonging.
We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic OSHC Assistant Educators to join our Out of School Hours Care programs at Rosary Primary School at Watson, and Mawson Primary School.
About the Role:
o Assist and support the delivery of engaging and inclusive activities for children
o Support the provision of a variety of experiences, which will extend, excite and stimulate the children
o Contribute to an OSHC environment that is safe, empowering and fosters a sense of belonging for all children
o Contribute to positive, appropriate and professional relationships with children and families
About you:
o A dedicated and enthusiastic educator
o Committed to supporting children’s learning and confidence through engaging activities
o Ability to build strong connections with children, families and team
o Hold a current unrestricted Working with Vulnerable People Card (mandatory)
o Available to work:
+ 7am – 9am and/or 3pm – 6pm during school terms
+ 8am – 6pm during school holiday programs
