You will build successful business relationships with employers, identify new opportunities, and develop solutions to support jobseekers in gaining and maintaining meaningful employment.
What you need to succeed
To be successful as an Employer Engagement Consultant at Asuria, you should combine empathy with a strong drive to achieve business outcomes. Exceptional business development and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to build successful relationships. Experience in customer service and sales, along with sound computer literacy, would be advantageous. You should thrive working collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
