Job Description
* Support Workday implementation activities including data readiness, integration, testing, and go‐live support in collaboration with key stakeholders.
* Maintain and optimise current HR systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a great user experience.
* Support the transition from legacy platforms to new HRIS functionality, embedding sustainable processes, training, and documentation.
* Partner with HR and IT to align systems with business needs.
* Provide technical support and training to HR staff on system usage.
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
* Implement system upgrades and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
* Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
* Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions that align with business needs.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive adoption and change.
The Successful Applicant
* Formal qualifications in HR, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related.
* Proven hands‐on experience with HCM/HRIS systems, ideally Workday.
* Experience supporting system implementations, testing cycles, data reconciliation and cut‐over activities.
* Exposure and strong understanding of end‐to‐end HR processes and governance.
* Clear technical writing skills: SOPs, quick guides, FAQs.
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement and change management.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
* Analytical mindset with problem‐solving capability.
