About the Role
As our Scheduler / Administrator, you will be the central point of coordination for our clients and care staff. Your day will involve:
* Creating and managing staff rosters
* Responding to client needs and schedule changes
* Communicating with carers, clients, and families
* Maintaining accurate administrative and care records
* Ensuring every client receives the right care at the right time
This is a fast-paced role that requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, excellent time management and a genuine passion for helping others.
