You will oversee daily operations in our Edinburgh factory, responsible for end-to-end manufacturing performance.

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join our diverse team as a Production Supervisor. About the role
Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for three core areas of the factory: ensuring production schedules are met efficiently, maintaining safety and quality standards, and driving a positive, secure, high-performing workplace culture. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervise and coordinate daily workflow across assembly, machine operations and fabrication teams.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met in line with production schedules.
- Lead, train, and support team members while promoting a strong safety culture.
- Monitor efficiency, equipment utilisation, and material flow to minimise downtime.
- Support process improvements through lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Effective communication with management.
About you
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values. You will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in a factory or production team leader/supervisor role (steel manufacturing highly regarded).
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, WHS practices and quality control.
- Effective problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making under time constraints.
- Strong communication, people management and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
- Tertiary degree in Engineering or related field is not essential, but highly desirable.
