Due to huge growth potential, the business have created a new role, leading the NSW & ACT teams to drive further market share growth across all channels.


The Opportunity:

Because of you, your sales team will be effectively launch impactful strategies to drive through commercial growth across varied channels...

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will coach, mentor and develop your team to achieve sales results, increase accounts and enhance the company’s footprint across the NSW & ACT market. You will lead the integration of separate teams into one high performing & cohesive unit, ensuring customers across all channels receive the highest quality of service and value is added at every touch point.


Responsibilities:


* Lead team to maximise sales and achieve targets
* Coach, mentor and develop your team
* Oversee change management projects
* Expand team by recruiting additional, high performing team members
* Support team to identify new business opportunities & develop specific action plans
* Develop & maintain strong relationships with key customers & corporate accounts
* Partner cross-functionally with wider APAC team
* Lead and attend conferences and trade shows

Skills and Experience required:

* Present proven Sales Management expertise (Australian Healthcare sector essential
* MedTech Sales experience advantageous
* Proven sales coaching & mentoring capabilities
* Superior commercial acumen, territory planning capabilities
* Superior account management capabilities
* Collaborative, supportive & team player mentality
* Superior communication & negotiation skills
* Displayed analytics expertise
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Science or a related discipline, preferred)
