We are seeking an accomplished Building Professional to join our team as a Construction Surveyor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that buildings are constructed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating the construction process to ensure compliance with local government regulations
* Approving plumbing and drainage systems under the local government act
* Developing and reviewing construction plans and applications
The successful candidate will possess a thorough understanding of NSW planning legislation and the Building Code of Australia, as well as be eligible for registration as a Building Surveyor – Restricted (Class 1 & 10 buildings).
