**Main Responsibilities**
- Manage your own accounts and consult clients on be best practice of the platform and how it can optimise their business
- Assist and lead training sessions for new clients
- Assist and lead training sessions on new platform updates
- Develop strategies to acquire new customers and help us filling our sales pipeline
- Deep dive into the product together with our engineers at the intersection of business and tech
**What makes you a great fit**
- 3-4 years of proven experience managing high volumes of clients
- Experience in account management, business development or customer success
- Sound attention to detail
- Strong hands-on mentality and not afraid to roll up your sleeves; you love to get things done
- Motivated by an international and fast-paced work environment with a strong team spirit
- High customer orientation with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
