* Support new product development across multiple upcoming launches
* Carry out structured root‐cause analysis (5 Why, Ishikawa, DOE)
* Interpret engineering drawings, standards, and specifications to ensure conformance
* Ensure calibration and work with metrology equipment including CMMs, gauges and measurement systems
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to deliver robust product and process validation
* Champion continuous improvement using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies

About You

You're someone who thrives in a complex, fast‐paced manufacturing environment and enjoys balancing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of technical accuracy.

You will bring:

* A degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (polymer experience advantageous)
* Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, TQM or similar (advantageous)
* Experience in high‐volume manufacturing (plastics, metals or building products preferred)
* Strong skills in SPC, DoE, statistical analysis and Minitab
* Experience in supplier quality, including audits and corrective actions
* Exposure to Total Quality Management (TQM) or similar quality systems (advantageous)
* Hands on experience with CMMs, gauges and metrology tools and calibration management
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings, standards and specifications
* A customer‐centric mindset and strong stakeholder communication skills
* Agility, resilience and comfort working with shifting priorities

Why Join Us?

* Onsite parking, social club, uniform provided and flexible working hours available to help with school pick up/drop off or to support your health and wellbeing.
* You will enjoy working for a business conscious about what we do, how we operate and our impact on the environment.
* Industry‐leading paid parental leave: 26 weeks paid for primary carers and 4 weeks paid for secondary carers.
