Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Full-Time Chef de Partie to join our Banquets team. You will support the Chef de Cuisine - Banquets with daily management and food preparation, demonstrating experience in various cooking styles and supervision.
The Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
Technical skills in managing a kitchen section
Enthusiasm to develop culinary skills
Attention to detail and high-quality dish delivery
Leadership skills to motivate and coordinate the kitchen team
Team player with good rapport-building skills
Experience working across multiple kitchen sections
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
Experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced environment
Motivation and energy to exceed expectations
Passion for learning and growth within the brand
Ability to manage a busy section and remain composed
