Job Title:
Retail Sales Manager
A senior retail professional will be responsible for driving sales strategy, profitability, and brand vision objectives within our retail stores.
This role requires leadership and motivation of the selling teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing profitability and productivity, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure the store achieves sales targets, maintains profitability, and adheres to visual merchandising guidelines.
* Lead sales and service culture in-store by achieving personal and store targets in terms of conversion, clienteling performance, KPIs, and multichannel sales.
* Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team through training, development, and active succession planning.
* Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and staff appearance.
* Attend regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with seasonal product launches and service standards.
* Implement measures to prevent loss and protect profit and stock.
* Support CRM and Clienteling initiatives to strengthen the clientele network.
* Display strong leadership skills, show a positive attitude, and take responsibility for own actions.
Candidate Profile:
* Demonstrated experience in management within a premium or luxury brand environment.
* Ability to adapt and take on new challenges.
* Understanding of KPIs and their impact on store performance.
* Presentation of a professional image at all times.
* Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
* Attention to maintaining high standards in-store environment and keen eye for detail.
