The ICT Department at Nepean Hospital is seeking a proactive and highly organised Administration Support Officer who can bring energy, initiative, and exceptional customer service to our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and dedicated ICT team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, where your work will contribute directly to services that support healthcare delivery across our community. In this role, you will provide essential administration support to the Information and Communication Technology Service, delivering a comprehensive range of administrative and clerical duties.
This role is well suited to an experienced professional who enjoys a fast paced workplace, thrives on variety, and is passionate about helping others. An interest in ICT would be advantageous, though not essential, as you will be supported by a knowledgeable and encouraging team.

What you will bring to the role
* Demonstrated excellent communication and customer focus skills both written and verbal, including a professional and pleasant telephone manner
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines
* Demonstrated ability to provide secretariat services including producing agendas, taking and distributing accurate minutes in a timely manner and following up of action items
* Demonstrated excellent office and computer skills using a range of software including Microsoft Office, email, inter/intranet & databases and accurate typing, with a desirable understanding of information communication technology terminology
* Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
* Experience in the use of HealthRoster, Recruitment and Onboarding (ROB) and HPRM applications an advantage
* Ability to work for more than one manager, in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision
