Construction Expert Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a construction expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing commercial management and dispute resolution services on complex projects across all construction, engineering, and related industries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contractual, technical, and commercial issues related to complex construction and engineering projects. They will also have experience in preparing quantum expert reports for arbitration, litigation, or adjudication, and be able to provide support to clients in resolving commercial disputes.

Key Responsibilities
* Advise contractors, subcontractors, lenders, developers, funders, and lawyers on contractual, technical, and commercial issues related to complex construction and engineering projects.
* Help clients resolve commercial disputes by establishing a clear, commercial strategy and promoting early resolution.
* Assist in preparing and negotiating claims in a commercial/claims-driven environment on construction/engineering projects.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
* Between 5 to 7 years (Associate Director level) or 7 to 10 years+
* Experience in preparing quantum expert reports for arbitration, litigation, or adjudication.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* The ability to work on multiple client matters at once with limited supervision.
