We are a proud family-owned business, with a national presence, operating for 75 years' leading the commercial painting industry. This is a standout opportunity for a commercially minded leader with a trade, construction or facilities maintenance background.
As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the branch's success, with a strong focus on business development, client relationships and revenue growth across the Downs region. You will be supported by an experienced operations team of employee painters and subcontractors to deliver on project outcomes.

About You
* Proven experience leading and managing small to medium‑sized teams
* Strong solution‑selling (not transactional) experience in a B2B environment, ideally with longer sales cycles
* Background in commercial construction, facilities maintenance or a trade‑based industry
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Sound financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, margins and performance targets
