As a Senior Project Master, you will play a pivotal role within People Technology, supporting CIO Group Business Units and the Human Capital Management transformation program across Oracle Cloud and Oracle eBusiness Suite. Working closely with Product Owners, Change Owners, delivery teams, and partners, you will lead and embed Agile ways of working to ensure high‑quality, sustainable technology solutions are delivered. You’ll facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, and coach teams to continuously improve, while maintaining strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Operating across multiple teams and initiatives, you will apply Agile and Lean principles to optimise value delivery, promote collaboration, and ensure solutions are scalable, compliant and fit for purpose. Your pragmatic approach, combined with deep Agile expertise, will help drive successful outcomes across the application lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have extensive experienced as a Project Manager / Scrum Master with strong Agile delivery experience, including technology projects and HR systems. Proven in transitioning teams from waterfall to Agile, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing delivery risk, and engaging senior stakeholders. Based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Adelaide. What do I need? Essential Proven experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments Experience managing technology projects (ideally across HR technology) Experience transitioning teams from traditional/waterfall to Agile ways of working Strong working knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices Demonstrated ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach delivery teams Excellent stakeholder engagement at GM level, communication and problem‑solving skills Experience working with cross‑functional teams and managing delivery risks Desirable Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent); SAFe / Kanban certification advantageous Experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira and ServiceNow Exposure to HR technology domains (e.g. Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Performance, Absence or Benefits) General conceptual understanding of systems, integrations and data Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for quality delivery and learning Why join us?
