Kellaborate is a growing boutique creative agency based in Darwin, and we're looking for an organised, proactive, people‐loving superstar to join our small but mighty team, and we want you to bring your strengths and make this role your own.
We work across the full spectrum of creative projects, including graphic design, events, and marketing campaigns for a variety of clients, meaning no two days are ever the same. One day you might be coordinating event logistics and suppliers, the next you could be creating or scheduling social media content – or you could be helping improve systems and processes, keeping the team on track behind the scenes.
You'll be joining a tight‐knit team of four, working closely with our Chief Kellaborator, graphic designers and social media team. It's a hands‐on role with real variety, and we're looking to fill it as soon as possible.
You don't need agency or events experience – but you do need to be adaptable, proactive, a strong communicator, detail‐oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed.

What you'll be doing
* Managing emails, documents, spreadsheets and deadlines
* Coordinating project deliverables and keeping tasks and timelines on track
* Liaising with clients, suppliers and stakeholders (in person and via phone/email)
* Assisting with event coordination and logistics from desktop planning to hands‐on event set‐up and pack‐down
* Supporting the team with day‐to‐day operations
* Helping keep our systems, files, processes and marketing calendars organised
* Assisting with social media scheduling or content coordination
* You'll also get exposure to campaigns, content planning, and creative projects across a range of industries
* LEARNING every day!

This is more than just an admin role – it's a genuine opportunity to grow. We're a business that's on the way up, and we want someone who wants to grow with us.
Starting casual or part‐time for the right person, you will have a clear pathway to take on more over time – think account management, client‐facing work, quoting and proposals and eventually helping run the show when our director isn't around. We'd love you to have
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence communicating with people at all levels
* High attention to detail – especially for proofreading and checking for design consistency
* A friendly, proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
Bonus points if you also have experience with:
* Google Workspace / Google Drive / Google Sheets
* Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
* Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud suite
* A wicked sense of humour and a sweet tooth!
