Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of network engineers across project and support functions
* Manage end-to-end delivery of network and security projects, ensuring timelines and technical standards are met
* Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and provide hands-on guidance where required
* Work closely with senior leadership, pre-sales, and project teams to align technical delivery with business goals
* Oversee network operations, capacity planning, change management, and performance optimization

Skills & Requirements:
* Proven experience managing or leading network engineering teams within an MSP or enterprise environment
* Strong technical background across routing, switching, wireless, and firewall technologies
* Experience with Aruba and Fortinet highly desirable; Cisco or Juniper also considered
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong problem-solving ability and hands-on experience with complex network environments
