This is a hybrid technical sales and project-focused role - not a traditional sales position and not a pure project management role.

You'll be part of our Queensland team, working closely with customers on projects across the state - from early design input and specification through to delivery. The role involves hands-on technical coordination, solution development, compliance alignment, and ongoing project support.

You'll act as the key commercial and technical link between customers and internal teams, helping shape scope, manage expectations, and keep projects moving.

What your day could look like:

Technical Sales & Solution Support

* Provide technically sound, compliant solutions aligned with Speedpanel certifications, project specifications, and NCC requirements
* Support system selection, detailing advice, and application guidance
* Develop deep product knowledge and understand how systems perform in the real world
* Influence outcomes through technical credibility and practical problem-solving

Project Coordination & Delivery

* Be the key contact across assigned projects from early engagement through delivery
* Coordinate internally to support order processing, scheduling, and supply
* Attend site meetings, inspections, and technical discussions as required
* Identify and resolve issues early to keep projects on track.
* Build strong working relationships with builders, installers, consultants, and certifiers
* Support repeat business through reliability and trust
* Manage communication across multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment
* Maintain accurate CRM records for opportunities and projects
* Support forecasting and pipeline visibility
* Ensure documentation and admin are handled properly and on time.

Do you have?

* Experience with technical building products (fire-rated and/or passive fire systems highly regarded)
* Background in technical sales, business development, or project-based roles within construction
* A practical, solutions-focused mindset
* Confidence engaging with multiple stakeholders on technical and commercial matters.
* Drive, aptitude and ownership mindset to build strong capability and sound product knowledge.
