We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive new business sales of our Microlise Telematics & Delivery Management Solution to SMEs and Enterprise prospects. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing deals with prospective customers. By utilising the MEDDPICC sales methodology, you will ensure a structured, value-driven approach to sales, driving predictable revenue growth.

What you will be doing:

o Identify and qualify SME and Enterprise prospects that will benefit from Microlise’s delivery management solutions.
o Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new customers.
o Conduct in-depth discovery sessions using MEDDPICC to uncover customer needs and pain points.
o Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation, following up marketing generated leads to closing deals and onboarding new customers.
o Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and presales, to drive customer engagement.
o Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce CRM.
o Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.

What we are looking for:

o Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally selling SaaS or logistics/transport technology solutions to SMEs.
o Strong understanding and practical application of the MEDDPICC (or similar) sales methodology.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
o Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a hunter mindset.
o Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
o Experience using Salesforce CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.
o Passion for technology and how it can transform business operations.
o Experience in logistics, fleet management, or supply chain industries.
o A network of SME and Enterprise contacts within relevant sectors.
