The Clinical Applications and Training Manager oversees the strategic design, development, and delivery of training programs across various businesses.
This role ensures technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, clinically grounded, and customer-centric communications.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive clinical voice alignment across teams for training needs, content quality, and adoption.
* Develop and manage clinical training frameworks within ANZ.
* Create tailored content and programs to support sales forces as clinical experts.
* Deliver product and clinical presentations to customers and physicians.
* Partner cross-functionally to ensure evidence-based internal and external content.
* Indirectly lead team members on new assignments and coordinate learning activities.
* Deliver clinical components for strategic projects.
* Liaise with quality and regulatory teams on technical queries and complaints.
* Design and deliver training packages for major product launches.
* Shape presence at key clinical events.
* Stay informed about changes through industry events.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Mandatory:
* Tertiary qualification in a medical, nursing, or allied health discipline.
* Minimum 8 years' experience in clinical training, education development, or medical affairs.
* Strong understanding of evidence-based medicine, label compliance, and regulatory boundaries.
* Complex issue resolution skills using professional concepts and company objectives.
* Track record in cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders.
Desirable:
* Experience in sleep and respiratory care or related therapeutic areas.
* Familiarity with adult learning methodologies and instructional design principles.
* Experience working alongside sales professionals (B2B, B2C, or both).
* Strong project management and change leadership skills.
