Due to continued growth and an expanding scope of work, we are excited to offer a newly created People Advisor position at our Agnew mine site. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring or emerging HR professional who is ready to take the next step in their career.

What You'll Do
* Coach and advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
* Support and deliver employee and leader development, cultural programs and workshops
* Respond to employee queries with care and professionalism
* Maintain accurate people data and reporting insights to support decision-making
* Drive consistency and compliance in HR systems and processes
* Champion diversity, inclusion, and engagement across the site
What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
* Experience across employee relations, investigations, and performance management
* Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of confidentiality
* Current Driver's Licence
