Overview
A prominent art gallery is seeking an Event Administration Assistant to provide essential support to the Events team. This role includes managing administrative tasks, handling event-related inquiries, and supporting financial processes as well as maintaining effective communication with high-profile stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have experience in similar administrative roles along with familiarity with CRM systems like Tessitura and Priava-Elite. The position is full-time with an annual salary of $72,189 plus superannuation, supported by a 2-year fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to the Events team, including scheduling, document management, and correspondence.
2. Handle event-related inquiries from clients, vendors, and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
3. Support financial processes related to events, such as invoicing, budget tracking, and expense reconciliation.
4. Maintain effective communication with high-profile stakeholders and internal teams to ensure event success.
Qualifications
5. Experience in similar administrative roles.
6. Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Tessitura and Priava-Elite.
7. Strong organizational and communication skills; attention to detail.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
