The Opportunity
As Personal Training Manager, you'll be responsible for leading, developing and growing the club's Personal Training team.
You'll play a key role in creating a high-performance culture while helping trainers build successful businesses and supporting members to achieve outstanding results.
What You'll Be Doing
* Recruiting, mentoring and developing a high-performing PT team
* Driving PT revenue, growth and overall department performance
* Supporting trainer development and building a pipeline of future PT talent
* Leading member engagement initiatives and PT challenges
* Ensuring compliance, safety and service standards are maintained
* Contributing to a positive, energetic and results-driven club culture
Who We're Looking For
* Proven leadership experience (fitness industry experience highly regarded)
* Certificate III & IV in Fitness
* Strong mentoring and coaching abilities
* Business-minded with a passion for growth and performance
* Authentic, driven and passionate about fitness
* Organised, proactive and capable of leading by example
