Export Administrator Job
This is a dynamic and fast-paced export administration position offering an exciting opportunity to provide essential support across pet food sales and operations.
About The Role
* As Export Administrator, you will be responsible for providing full administrative support to the commercial team, ensuring efficient documentation, excellent customer service, and seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners.
* You will manage customer account databases, including data entry, KPI reporting, and data analysis to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
* Handle customer enquiries for both UK and export sales, responding promptly and professionally to meet customer expectations.
* Complete export documentation including invoicing, shipping documents, re-scheduling, and delivery paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail.
* E nsure timely submission of all global export documents (EHCs, COOs, vet certificates, etc.) to avoid delays and demurrage penalties.
* Liaise with customers, logistics partners, APHA, veterinary officers, and the Chamber of Commerce to ensure just-in-time delivery of documentation.
* Chase relevant contacts to prevent delays, demurrage penalties, and GAFTA charges by maintaining open communication channels.
* Build strong working relationships with internal teams (transport, production, quality) and external customers to foster collaboration and achieve shared goals.
* Coordinate UK and international transport, including scheduling collections and deliveries to ensure smooth operations.
* Manage sales enquiries, organise sales coordination, and support contract management to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
* Provide up-to-date scheduling reports for active contracts to inform business decisions.
* Liaise with laboratories and the quality department to ensure products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
* Schedule PAP deliveries and arrange transport with both SARIA and third-party providers to meet customer needs.
* Retrieve and provide site collection numbers from NAV to facilitate accurate tracking and reporting.
* Perform general administration tasks as required to support the team's efforts and contribute to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the commercial team.

* Respond to customer enquiries for both UK and export sales in a professional and timely manner.
Export Documentation
* Prepare and complete export documentation, including invoicing, shipping documents, re-scheduling, and delivery paperwork.

Communication and Liaison
