Job Opportunity
This role requires an individual to provide evidence-based clinical services to individuals of all ages who experience issues related to substance misuse and/or dependency.
The clinician will work collaboratively with consumers, their families, and carers to develop person-centred care plans that cater to each individual's unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing clinical services to individuals with substance misuse and/or dependency issues.
2. Developing person-centred care plans in collaboration with consumers, their families, and carers.
3. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
4. Maintaining accurate records and reporting outcomes as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Clinical experience working with individuals with substance misuse and/or dependency issues.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional boundaries.
* Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, social work, nursing).
