In This Role You Will Coordinate and contribute to the forward planning and daily activities of the DDG, including maintaining the electronic diary, preparing supporting materials, and ensuring timely progression of items for review and approval to meet deadlines. Monitor and manage the Office of DDG email inbox, escalating urgent requests and assisting with Corporate Operations matters, while ensuring accurate filing of official records. Coordinate key deliverables for the division and the DDG including the Corporate Leadership Team meeting requirements. This involves sourcing agenda items, preparing briefing notes and supporting documents, and monitoring the progress of action items. Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Business Support Officer, Office of the DDG, Corporate Services to assist with and provide backup for ministerial and departmental correspondence, corporate operations requests, and facilities services. Ensure accurate tracking and timely completion of requests. Manage travel arrangements for the DDG, including itinerary planning, bookings, and financial reconciliations, and provide support for broader divisional or departmental travel needs when required.
