Job Description:
We are seeking a Banking Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Retail Banking team, you will play a crucial role in providing customers with a seamless banking experience.
You will be responsible for meeting each customer's end-to-end financial needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customers are satisfied and become strong advocates for the organization.
* Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
* Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value.
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting their end-to-end banking needs.
* Actively participating in and supporting bank programs and initiatives.
* Taking responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective.
Requirements:
* Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage.
* Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage.
* Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
