* Manage a client base spanning diversified Agribusiness specialisations, providing full Banking solutions for customers across Geelong and surrounding areas.
* Work closely with clients, build strong relationships and gain an in-depth understanding of their individual needs, retaining their current business while identifying new opportunities.
* Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions.
* Drive strategy and deal execution, structuring and negotiation of financial solutions, while owning proactive risk management responsibilities.

* Pride themselves in building client relationships through excellent service and driving new business;
* Have a strong understanding of the Australian Agribusiness landscape;
* Are highly skilled in leading deal execution including origination, structuring, and negation of complex solutions;
* Thrive in collaborative environments to deliver a broad range of financial solutions;
* Are comfortable in financial analysis and credit decisioning, understanding the drivers of cash-flow;
