Please note we will be relocating to a new premises located at Parkline Place, 252 Pitt Street, Sydney in July 2026.About The RoleAs the Client and Courts Engagement Officer at the Crown Solicitor’s Office (CSO), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of high-quality legal services to the NSW Government and its agencies. This position is responsible for managing the flow of critical information between clients, Courts (including the Coroners Court), and legal teams within the CSO. You will lead a dedicated legal support team, ensuring best practice standards in client service and information management are implemented and maintained.Your primary focus will be to act as the central point of contact, enabling the efficient tracking of legal matters, and ensuring timely, accurate, and effective legal support. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders—both internal and external—to drive initiatives that enhance service delivery, streamline processes, and support informed decision-making.In This Role, You WillOversee and coordinate the tracking and progress of legal matters, ensuring responsive and efficient legal assistance.Develop and implement procedures and standards to optimise client service and minimise business risk.Prepare operational and management reports, and respond to enquiries from clients, Courts, and stakeholders.Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement in practice management and business intelligence systems.Provide leadership, guidance, and feedback to a team of legal support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, high performance, and client focus.This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong communication, organisational, and people management skills.
