What We Do
- Develop strategic proposals that reflect our depth of service, innovation, and people-first approach.
- Translate complex clinical, operational, and technical content into strong, customer-focused narratives.
- Collaborate across the business with clinical, legal, commercial, and delivery teams to gather accurate insights and bring proposals to life.
- Manage multiple proposals and competing priorities while meeting deadlines with precision and professionalism.
- Develop and maintain a content library, including service descriptions, case studies, response templates, and transition plans.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all submissions, with a strong eye for structure, flow, and strategic alignment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience writing and managing end-to-end tender, EOI, or proposal responses, ideally in a fast-paced or regulated environment.
- Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality, compliant, and persuasive submissions for government or enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes and evaluation criteria — you know how to align responses to buyer values and scoring frameworks.
- Excellent written communication and editing skills, with a focus on structure, clarity, and strategy.
- Confident managing deadlines, coordinating inputs across multiple stakeholders, and working independently without heavy oversight.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple proposals at once.
