About the Role
As a Ground Handler – Aerodrome, you’ll play a key role in supporting the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the aerodrome. Your responsibilities will include:
* Aircraft marshalling
* Passenger handling and support
* Cargo and baggage handling
* Refuelling support
* Runway and airside maintenance
* General aerodrome operations and housekeeping
* Maintaining high safety and operational standards at all times
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates who bring:
* Previous experience in aviation, mining, logistics, or a similar operational environment preferred, but not essential
* A strong commitment to safety and compliance
* The ability to work in remote conditions and outdoor environments
* Physical fitness and a willingness to perform manual tasks
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A current driver’s licence
* A reliable, proactive, and professional approach to work
