Job Summary
This role is a key leadership position responsible for delivering maintenance outcomes for contracted services.
The successful candidate will have extensive technical background and proven experience in people management, with the ability to lead high-performing teams towards measurable results and strategic goals.
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Aeroskills, or equivalent relevant experience
* Detailed knowledge of all facets of maintenance management, including planning, equipment and parts management
* Understanding of interdependencies between maintenance, support engineering, and supply chain
* Demonstrated track record in driving process improvement
Responsibilities
1. Leading maintenance teams in delivering contracted maintenance outcomes
2. Developing and implementing processes to ensure service delivery excellence
3. Coordinating with stakeholders to prioritize resources and manage competing deadlines
4. Ensuring safety and maintenance compliance across sites and platforms
