About the Role
Our Workers Compensation group has a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Law Graduate/Junior Lawyer to join our team. The role involves assisting in the management of files in a leading WA workers' compensation practice, drafting legal documents and correspondence, preparing court documents for litigated matters, and liaising with clients. You will gain exposure to all aspects of a workers compensation claim and have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in this area.
About You
You will have completed your law degree and may be currently completing your postgraduate studies and PLT, about to start your postgraduate studies, or be an admitted lawyer. You are motivated and enthusiastic, eager to learn and develop, and passionate about a career in law. You will have strong academic results – and beyond your academic successes, you also possess the ability to apply your critical thinking skills. The work requires attention to detail, practical problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking.
