Assistant Store Manager
This role supports the Store Manager in achieving store sales potential, operating smoothly and creating a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead by example and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Motivate and inspire the team to drive sales and achieve results.
* Manage visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and operational performance.
Requirements
* Management or supervisor experience.
* Past experience in retail is highly regarded.
* A passion for the outdoors or travel is preferred but not essential.
* Eco-warrior mindset with a commitment to sustainability.
