What will your day look like?
As a Home & Investment Lending Associate, you will work with the Home & Investment Lending Manager to support customers in saving for, buying and owning their own home or investment property. You will coach customers through each step of the journey, ensure their experience with ANZ is seamless and maintain relationships with existing customers. You will identify appropriate products and solutions to meet your customer's needs and ensure lending administrative activities are completed accurately and on time. You will contribute to a seamless branch experience by meeting customers' end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating on digital solutions. You will be part of a collaborative team, act as a role model and peer coach, and adhere to ANZ's policies, processes and standards.
You will also be involved in other branch activities to support customers and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
