Senior ICT Administrator/Infrastructure Engineer Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior ICT Administrator/Infrastructure Engineer to fill this key position.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 services, including configuring Conditional Access policies and Entra ID access groups.
2. Maintenance of client digital identity via Active Directory and Microsoft Entra.
3. System administration, maintenance, optimization, and upgrades of existing systems in Windows Desktop and Windows Server through a virtualized environment using VMWare technologies.
4. Implementation of time-critical security remediation activities to prevent potential threats.
5. Fostering and promoting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Contribution to ICT projects through approved initiatives by learning new technologies and solutions implemented by the ICT team.
7. Development and effectiveness of the ICT team, including mentoring of junior engineers and completing written documentation to aid in the support of various technologies used within the environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and issues affecting First Nations peoples. They will also have a minimum of 5 years' experience in ICT systems administration, considerable knowledge across Microsoft, Windows, Cisco, and Juniper products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver quality customer service and assistance to staff of all levels.
