Key Responsibilities
* Proactively generate leads and build a pipeline of prospects — from cold to warm
* Assist at open homes, auctions, private inspections, and appraisals
* Manage and nurture buyer enquiries with consistent, high-quality follow-up
* Support vendor communication and assist in managing end-to-end sales campaigns
* Attend listing presentations and contribute to marketing initiatives
* Maintain and update the CRM with accuracy and attention to detail
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a Sales Associate, Sales Assistant, or Sales Support role (essential)
* Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (essential)
* Immaculate personal presentation and polished communication skills
* Exceptional organisational ability and strong attention to detail
* Proactive, ambitious, and genuinely passionate about the real estate industry
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Availability to work Saturdays
