The Role
As an Office Administrator & Manager Assistant, you will support daily operations and work closely with the Office Manager.
Your role is to bring structure, organisation, and follow-through into day-to-day operations.
You will not just complete tasks — you will make sure tasks are tracked, organised, and actually finished.
What You Will Be Doing
A typical week includes:
* Supporting the Office Manager with coordination, scheduling, and task tracking
* Organising internal documents, records, and shared files
* Following up on outstanding tasks across different teams
* Assisting with onboarding preparation and internal documentation
* Maintaining spreadsheets and simple tracking systems
* Coordinating with vendors or external parties when required
* Handling ad hoc administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness

Requirements
