Job Description
CEA is currently seeking **Workshop and Field Service Technicians** to join our team in **Dandenong South**. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for servicing and repairing both new and used equipment—either in our modern workshop or directly at customer sites. We're looking for driven individuals who take pride in their technical skills and customer service.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical faults in a wide range of machinery
- Performing major services both in-house and in the field
- Completing repairs efficiently, with a focus on quality and safety
- Ensuring all work meets relevant OH&S; standards
- Accurately completing all required service documentation
- Handling warranty-based servicing and reporting as required
**What You'll Bring**:
- A recognised trade qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Diesel Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle, Plant Equipment)
- Proven experience working with earthmoving and construction equipment
- Strong mechanical and technical knowledge
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with company compliance, policies, and procedures
