The Role As the Commercial Property Manager, you will take ownership of a well-established portfolio consisting of commercial and retail assets. This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone currently working as an Assistant Property Manager who is ready to progress into managing their own portfolio. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio including multiple strata units and a mix of retail tenants, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and strong tenant relationships.
