About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Brand & Content Marketing Manager to own and evolve our brand across all channels, markets and touchpoints.

This role is responsible for defining, developing and governing our brand and content assets globally. You'll act as the brand guardian, leading high-quality content creation across campaigns, product launches, digital platforms, events, partnerships and in-store experiences, ensuring consistency, impact and alignment with global brand standards.

What you'll be responsible for: Brand & Content Strategy
* Develop, maintain and govern the Brand Book, including global brand standards and guidelines
* Act as brand guardian across all campaigns, assets and communications
* Ensure brand consistency across regions, channels and touchpoints
Campaigns & Product Launches
* Develop and manage content for marketing campaigns and product launches
* Partner with marketing, product and regional teams to deliver timely, effective content
* Support localisation and content needs across international and LAM markets
Content Development & Management
* Lead content creation across digital platforms (web, email, paid media, social), events and partnerships
* Provide social media content support aligned to platform and brand guidelines
* Support internal stakeholders with graphic design and content needs
* Manage projects and workflow across multiple team members
Photography & Visual Assets
* Own and manage all photoshoots from briefing to delivery
* Oversee web photography and visual storytelling
* Maintain a centralised digital asset library
Print, Packaging & In-Store
* Create and manage brochures and catalogues
* Support packaging development with external agencies
* Develop and manage in-store graphics and point-of-sale materials
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
* Work closely with internal teams and external partners (agencies, photographers, designers, printers)
* Support international markets with brand-aligned content guidance
* Ensure timelines, quality standards and brand alignment are met
What we're looking for:
* 5–10 years' experience in brand, content or marketing management
* Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills
* Proven experience managing brand governance and content development
* Strong background across digital and physical channels
* Experience managing photoshoots and creative production
* Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
* High attention to detail with strong visual and written communication skills
* Degree in Marketing, Design or Communications (or equivalent experience)
* An active interest in 4x4, camping, or off-road adventure highly regarded.
