The Role
* Key responsibilities include maintaining a sound understanding of the Family Assistance Law and providing administrative support to the Early Learning Centre team.
* Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance regimes relating to family and child enrolment records, child attendance records, purchasing, and debtors.
* Provide advice and assistance to families and other internal customers on Children's Service processes and services.
Learning Outcomes:
* Implement creative play strategies for inclusive education.
* Design educational programs that nurture creativity and establish a safe learning environment.
* Work in partnership with families to provide appropriate education and care for children.
* Mentor other educators in the workplace.
* Apply child development theory in play activities and practices.
About You
* Show a passion for working with children and a strong customer service focus.
* Have time management, attention to detail, planning, and organisational skills.
* Show the ability to work as part of a team and share knowledge.
* Hold a current NSW driver's license and have a Working with Children's Check or be willing to obtain one.
* National Police Check or willingness to obtain.
