We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a key role in our team. This exciting opportunity is for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, responsible for supporting both external and internal acquisition of talent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Job Advertising: Prepare and place job advertisements across various platforms, ensuring that we reach a diverse pool of candidates.
* Talent Search: Utilize Page Up and Seek Talent Search to identify suitable candidates for vacant roles.
* Pre-employment Checks: Conduct thorough pre-employment checks, including reference checks, visa verification, WWCC linking, and national police checks.
* Vacancy Management: Maintain the recruitment management system and HR information system, keeping Centre Managers up-to-date on vacancy status and progress.
* New Hire Monitoring: Track new hires and internal promotions to ensure successful probationary periods.
* Placement Guarantees: Monitor placement guarantees of new agency hires to ensure they are utilized where there is turnover within 3 months of hire.
* Team Collaboration: Attend regular team meetings to update stakeholders on status.
* Contract Administration: Complete employment contracts, contract variations, and letters of offer.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing workloads and priorities. A positive and friendly demeanor, with a strong customer service focus, is essential.
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or equivalent level of experience and training.
* Licenses and Certifications: Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check or Blue Card.
* Experience: Minimum 12 months' experience in a talent support/recruitment administration role.
* Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and interpret awards and regulatory requirements.
