Job Title: Key Support Staff
The role of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant is to provide essential support in Primary Schools, working with pupils across EYFS and KS1. This position involves assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation, learning activities, and classroom management. A key aspect of this job is contributing to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Supporting pupils in EYFS and KS1 through various classroom activities
* Assisting the class teacher with tasks such as lesson planning and classroom management
* Providing additional support with phonics, early literacy, numeracy, and curriculum-based tasks
* Contributing to a warm and engaging learning atmosphere
* Offering pastoral support to help children develop confidence and independence
* Building strong relationships with staff, parents, and pupils
About You:
* Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
* Have prior experience working with young learners, ideally in EYFS or KS1
* Be patient, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting students' growth
* Possess excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively within a team
* Hold an Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
