What We Need From You
* Experience - Previous experience in Optics at a Store Manager level or senior management in retail is advantageous.
* Passion - A genuine passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and delivering outstanding outcomes.
* Energy - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business with a positive attitude.
* Leadership - Ability to inspire, motivate, train, and develop your team.
* Effectiveness - Strong time management and operational skills to ensure excellent customer service.

* Drive - Passion for achieving and driving results through your team.
