Requirements:
* Hands-on experience supervising maintenance teams in industrial, mining, or energy sectors
* Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
* Fitter experience (highly regarded)
* Solid understanding of mechanical systems (e.g., conveyors, bulk handling equipment)
