About This Role
* Develop operational stakeholder relationships that are critical to the success of the initiative.
* Contribute to reducing youth reoffending and decreasing the number of children and young people being remanded in custody.
Key Responsibilities
* Coaching, training, and developing colleagues to increase skill and competency.
* Maintaining a caseload of clients and coordinating staff caseloads and program logistics.
* Developing operational stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or significant experience working in a similar service.
* Demonstrated experience and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and families.
* Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and develop a team.
