Business Partner Role
Hassell seeks an experienced Business Partner to collaborate closely with our Studio Leadership team and drive HR best practices aligned with business goals.
This role involves overseeing the entire employee journey from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a supportive and inclusive culture. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR, ideally with experience in professional services, design or a creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with studio leaders to bring HR best practices to life.
* Oversee employee onboarding, engagement, and offboarding processes.
* Guide performance discussions and manage review processes.
* Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts.
* Identify opportunities for growth and design programs to support career advancement.
* Participate in initiatives supporting business goals, including diversity and inclusion.
* Maintain knowledge of current Australian employment legislation and company policies.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of HR best practices, performance management, and employee relations.
* Ability to work well with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proactive and solution-oriented, able to handle complex HR issues.
